Bio:
HEDDA began in the spring of '07 with Jamie Mac and Kent Herman. They began writing songs for an album that would have a blend of melody, harmony, power and concept. During the rest of '07 they had written over a dozen songs. Next was the task of finding a vocalist and drummer.

Early '08 John Swenson came onboard as lead vocalist. By the summer of '08 Jef Jaeger had been recruited for the drummer spot. The group then began rehearsing in preparation for the studio. Shortly after the band hit the studio and began recording four songs for their first EP "The Calm Before". The EP is planned a fall release. In the meantime, the band will continue rehearsing and recording more of the material for the full length CD, "The Storm". With plans for a 2010 release.
